Episode 5 of the podcast is all about ‘Castle Dwellers' and so last weekend I announced to ma famille that we really needed to go find some old ruins to explore and so off we went, (with very little encouragement needed I may add), to the heart of Winchester to visit the remains of what was once the city's castle and one of the most important seats of power in Anglo Saxon Britain.
