Oh, Robin Hood! When I was little I had a book of Robin Hood stories - I think retold by Enid Blyton. I remember being distraught when I read the story of Robin's death, particularly as I had just seen the marvellous Disney version at the cinema and my vision of Robin was that of a handsome fox. I was so upset that my Mum had to hide my book. How I love those stories though! I'm excited to hear your take on them - just don't be surprised if I cry at the end ... 🦊x
That fox was a bit of a dish 🤣. I don't know that much about Robin Hood stories so I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in later in the year. I may stick to alive Robin to begin with and build up to dead Robin ...
