It’s April 22nd and it’s Earth Day, once again. But shouldn’t every day be a celebration of the Earth? Of course, but just like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, LGBT Pride Day, Women’s Day and many more, these dedicated days allow us to pause, remember and refocus.
